We accept refunds and exchanges.

Our Seller Partners are happy to serve your orders. We release payment to seller partners after the product is delivered to our customer.

Order Cancellation

An order can be canceled anytime before shipment using contact or by email to [email protected]


Our policy lasts 7 days from delivery. A customer can replace a product within 7 days. Certain products are nonreturnable such as food/health products, software etc.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  1. Product with obvious signs of use
  2. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Digital Products:

Returns are not accepted for digital products like Software / Membership Keys / codes which are redeemable online. We do not take any responsibility for the Key / Code purchased by buyers. Buyer is responsible to purchase the digital products after reading the product description thoroughly. We are not responsible if key / code doesn’t work in buyer’s region / country and no refund or replacement will be provided under any circumstances for digitally delivered purchases. If buyer faces any issue in redeeming the content they can contact the content provider website directly.

Return requests are accepted only if raised with-in 3 days from the delivery of the products. And returns are accepted only if buyer has received the product damaged / defective on arrival. Buyer has to furnish the proof of damage defective on arrival with supporting documents from Courier Company through which they have received delivery. And return / refund requests will be approved after verifying the proofs given by buyers at sole discretion of, If buyer fails to provide proofs with in working days from the date they raise claim for return / refund, the claim stands rejected. Once proof is submitted by buyer appropriate resolution as per case will be provided with-in 15 working days.

Quality / dimension / size / usefulness /value of money such intangible claims will not be entertained and no refund / replacement will be provided for the same.

If buyer chooses to return the product even after failing to meet above mentioned criteria, Return shipping charges and payment gateway processing fee will be deducted from buyer’s refund amount and balance will be refunded.

Refund will be issues to buyer only after the receipt of returned product. Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be verified for any kind of tampering / damage / replacement of parts & accessories done by buyer and if no issues found then refund will be issued in 7-9 working days. And under the case any kind of foul play / misuse is detected with product from the buyer’s end then under such case proof will be provided to buyer and reserve the right to dispose the product and deny buyer’s refund request. also reserve the right to take legal action against the buyer if any false return request raised / or different product return other that what was originally shipped.

By making payment on the website Buyers agrees to above Return / Refund terms And Conditions.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


To return your product supplied, we arrange the reverse pickup except for remote locations where service is not available. For unserviceable location, the customer has to arrange to ship to the billing address of the seller.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Non-Returnable Goods

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
